Leprino Foods Announces Lance FitzSimmons as President and CEO

DENVER, CO. – October 28, 2024 – Leprino Foods is pleased to announce that Lance FitzSimmons has officially assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, following the retirement of Mike Durkin earlier this month. FitzSimmons becomes the fourth president in the company’s 75-year history, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership.

FitzSimmons, who joined Leprino Foods in 2009, has served most recently as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. Over his tenure, he has played a critical role in the growth and success of the organization, managing nearly every division within the company including overseeing manufacturing operations, supply chain and serving as CFO. His diverse background and leadership have helped drive strategic initiatives that have positioned Leprino Foods as a global leader in the dairy industry.
