Our College Graduate Leadership Trainee Programs are designed to recruit, mentor and train top graduates from colleges around the country for positions that allow them to contribute their unique experiences, expertise and background in ways that benefit both them and our company.
Production Leadership
Our Production Leadership Trainee Program seeks recent college graduates with degrees in Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Manufacturing, Biochemistry and Engineering. We look for individuals who are interested in learning and developing the skills needed to become a leader in our Production organization.
During the 12- to 18-month rotation program, you’ll learn all our operations—from milk receiving to packaging. You’ll develop expertise in production, quality and safety, along with the management skills needed to lead and motivate a team of shift employees. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be considered for a leadership role as a Production Supervisor in one of our manufacturing facilities across the country.
Maintenance Leadership
Our Maintenance Leadership Trainee Program seeks recent college graduates with degrees in Chemical Engineering or Biological Engineering, or a closely related technical field, who are interested in becoming maintenance leaders in our world-class dairy manufacturing organization.
During the 18- to 24-month rotation program, you’ll learn all our manufacturing operations and maintenance processes. In addition to inspecting and repairing equipment, you’ll acquire the management skills needed to provide guidance and coaching to shift employees. You’ll also learn best practices for manpower scheduling, administration and employee training. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be considered for a leadership role as a Maintenance Supervisor in one of our manufacturing facilities across the country.
Finance Leadership
Our Finance Leadership Development Program seeks recent college graduates with degrees in Finance or Accounting who are interested in rolling up their sleeves and developing on-the-job business skills to become a Finance leader in our organization.
During the 18- to 30-month intensive program, you’ll spend a year at one of our manufacturing facilities across the country learning plant financial operations. You’ll then relocate to our Global Headquarters in Denver, where you’ll learn the core Finance disciplines of our global organization. Upon the successful conclusion of the program, you’ll be considered for a position in one of four rotation areas: Financial Planning & Analysis, Plant Financial Operations, Accounting or Finance.
