Part of our approach to ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture at Leprino Foods is equipping our employees with resources and learning opportunities to appreciate the complexities within DEI work in our organizations, communities, and personal life. We developed our Better Together Champion Program to encourage a pursuit in our four practices of Inclusive Leadership: Understand, Assess, Engage and Advocate. Our Champions are our biggest allies at all our locations and are key influencers and advocates for diverse perspectives to be included. Women’s Leadership Development:
We strive to empower our female employees and encourage more female representation at all levels of leadership within our organization. This work focuses on gender parity and is responsible for supporting, encouraging, and providing additional resources to our female employees. Activities include:

Community Impact Teams:
A foundational characteristic of Leprino Foods is our commitment to supporting the communities in which we live and work. At our plant locations and Denver offices, we have employee driven Community Impact Teams who work tirelessly to build and foster community partnerships and provide help where it is needed most, making tangible impacts. Our company supported strategies concentrate on four key areas which align with the Leprino Foods Company Foundation:
