Our Waverly facility produces block mozzarella cheese ideal for shredding for retail packs and frozen pizza. The facility also produces sweet whey powder, a byproduct of the cheese-make process that is dried down to a fine powder for use in ice cream, baked goods, soups, sauces and animal nutrition.
