“A big aspect of my personal professional development that I have worked on since starting at Leprino is my confidence to speak up and confidence in leading projects and meetings. I have been able to fully invest in working on this through Leprino University and getting involved in several areas to help me improve”
– Solveig, Supply Chain
“I have been LOVING the micro learnings that Choose to LEAD and Core Leader College have been providing to us. On demand, concise, easy reads, the ability to double click to dive deeper into the topic of interest and ALWAYS so applicable and current. I consider these programs to be so much more than ‘just’ a series of management modules. Instead, these serve as a sustainable and consistent feed of support to become / stay a well-rounded leader. Highly applicable to all levels in the organization!”
-Eveline, Nutrition
“Leprino’s greatly expanded and fine-tuned their personal development options over my tenure. They offer programs that develop you as an employee and a leader, which are rich in content and cover a diverse subject matter. Additionally, they’ve offered mentorships and a professional coach – Leprino doesn’t just claim that they care about your personal development but, they make it a central business objective each year and follow through with the resources to make it successful. I am a better professional and a stronger leader.”
– Aaron, Global Service
“Professional development is extremely important to me and typically something I was driving on my own at previous companies. At Leprino the leaders are invested in your development, they encourage and recommend classes through Leprino University, they follow up on your IDP to make sure you have what you need to reach your goals. They advocate for you through BTOP at multiple levels.”
– Allison, Procurement
